Chris’s gorgeous Florencia Model overlooking the stunning vistas of the Central Pacific is now landscaped, decorated and ready for his family to enjoy this winter season before the chilling Canadian winters arrive. Bill’s beautifully furnished Terra Nova home is now ready for vacationers who wish to rent it through our vacation home rental program. Many of our homeowners who’ve already been enjoying their beautiful Costa Developers homes are now deciding to put them in our vacation rental program to earn extra income while they are not using them. These new homes that are now available as vacation rentals include Dick and Gaye’s Florencia model, Kevin’s stunning Solei III overlooking the ocean and Doug and Heather’s Terra Mar model.
